BananaIP Counsels, a leading Intellectual Property (IP) firm, is actively seeking to expand our talented team with individuals who are passionate about IP Law. We have immediate openings for the role of IP Associate within our dynamic IP Strategy and Legal Advisory team.
About the Role
Job Title: Intellectual Property (IP) Associate
Department: IP Strategy and Legal Advisory (Including but not limited to IP Law, E-Commerce Law, Data/Privacy Law, Media and Entertainment Law, Technology Law)
As an IP Associate, your responsibilities will be diverse, stimulating, and integral to our operations.
These include but are not limited to:
- Providing strategic IP advice and opinions
- IP conflict management and resolution
- Contract drafting and review
- Managing oppositions, revocations, rectifications, and other proceedings
- Litigation management and dispute resolution
- Drafting legal notices, opinions, and reports
- Conducting research and publishing your findings
- Contributing to our blog
- IP management, monitoring, and training
- Undertaking various IP and legal activities
The ideal candidate can join our team as soon as possible and will undergo a probation period of 6 months.
Location: Our vibrant office on Kanakapura Road, Bangalore
Educational Qualifications: Preferred L.L.M in IP with 2 years of experience or L.L.B with 5 years of experience in IP.
Experience: We are seeking individuals with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Proficient understanding of Intellectual Property Law and related laws
