Decrease of 53 percent recorded in the total applications disposed through Show Cause Hearings, 407 more applications published in the Trademark Journal this week and more. These statistics have been compiled from the official journal of the trademark office published weekly on Mondays.

INDIAN TRADEMARK STATISTICS

Last week, the Indian Trademark Office has had a mixed week. The total number of applications disposed through show cause hearings has decreased by fifty three percent (53%). Similarly, the total hearing notices issued has decreased by twenty four percent (24%). However, there has been an increase of eleven percent (11%) in the total number of registrations granted.
