From innovative clothes to inventive devices, several patents have been filed to fend off, and also, teach a lesson to rapists. We list a few patents here.
Condom to stop rapists in their tracks- WO 2013142882
This is really a unique invention. It not only helps in preventing rape, but also teaching the rapist a lesson.
The patent relates to a condom, which attaches to a person seeking to perpetrate a rape. The condom will attach itself to the perpetrator’s member as soon as it comes in contact with the member. It cannot be removed without professional help, and it will not bodily harm the perpetrator. Try raping someone wearing this, and the rapist is in serious trouble.
Rape prevention pants- CA2343707
Wearing this patented Pant has several advantages. The alarm on the pants can be activated at will, it has a GPS tracking system, and once the anti-rape mechanism is switched on, the pants are secured. It helps in preventing rape, and also, quickly getting help.
Smell Therapy for Rapists-CA 2530564
How about a dose of smell for rapists?
This patent helps in keeping rapists away through awful stink. It helps people protect themselves against criminal activities, rapes, physical abuse and violence. There are three major components in the invention system:
The first component is the wearable warning, which warns that you have the stink system with you;
The second component is the Electronic Machine or Manual Spray Device that releases stink smell to discourage criminal’s attempting a chase, and letting the criminals know that you are not an easy target; and
The third component is the major Sealed Awful Stink Smell Self-Defence Package that contain stink materials, which is able to make awful stink smell instantly on your own body similar to the skunk to fight rapists away.

Vaginal Syringe to inject Narcotic Substances-US 4237876 A
This patented device has a syringe with narcotic substance. When there is forceful penetration, the device gets activated and a narcotic substance is injected into the penis. Then, the rapist obviously conks off. Good one, but you may be arrested for carrying drugs.
Locking rape prevention belt-US5613251
This patent discloses a belt that protects the pants from being removed. It will give precious time to a potential victim to fend off the rapist, and raise alarm. The abstract reads as follows:
A device to prevent rape of a person wearing trousers or shorts is in the form of a locking, cut resistant belt that has the external appearance of an ordinary belt. A flexible, cut resistant cable is secured to the underside of the belt. A special clasp is attached to one end of the cable. The other end of the cable is engaged by the clasp at adjustable distances from the end to thereby snugly encircle the waist with the belt. The clasp is locked in the cable engaged position by a small padlock held within an elastic pocket. The clasp, padlock and pocket are all concealed flat against the underside of the belt.
These are great inventions to prevent non-consensual sex.
