Patents (Amendment) Rules, 2019 come into effect

Nine months after the Central government first notified the draft Patents (Amendment) Rules, 2018 on the 4th of December 2018, the Patents (Amendment) Rules, 2019 have now come into effect through a notification by the Central Government on the 18th of September 2019 in its official gazette. Trademark Registrations Granted Go Down by 28 Percent this Week

These statistics have been compiled from the official journal of the trademark office published weekly on Mondays. INDIAN TRADEMARK STATISTICS Last week, the Indian Trademark Office have had a decrease in its work pace. The total number of applications disposed through show cause hearings has decreased by thirty eight percent (38%).
