On 15th April, 2024, the Office of Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (“Office of CGPDTM”) issued a public notice about its Service Excellence Survey Feedback Form. The survey form comprises of questions grouped under different sections which shall aid its internal research. The Office of CGPDTM urged for honest feedback and stated that the feedback is being taken in order to revamp the IP Administration. The last date to submit your feedback is 22nd April, 2024. We encourage every stakeholder to take the survey, as it might be useful in improving IP practices in our country.
