President promulgates Tribunals reforms Ordinance, IPAB goes defunct with immediate effect

The President of India on the 4th of April 2021 promulgated the “THE TRIBUNALS REFORMS (RATIONALISATION AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE) ORDINANCE, 2021 ”.
