Interesting Patents and Designs

Patents for happiness, Prevention of fuel theft and solution for traffic problems

There are quite a few interesting patent applications that have been published this week in the official journal of patents and designs by the Indian Patent Office. From technology to prevent theft at fuel stations to exercises for happiness formation! The details of the applications have been given below:

Patent Application 1: But can exercise for happiness actually be patented?
Title: A NEW SYSTEM OF SELFLESS SERVICE FOR HAPPINESS FORMATION.
Application No.: 201721032700
Applicants: MR. SWAMI HARDAS
Abstract: “The invention proposes the system for formation of happiness in human beings with the help of conceptual creative positive energy. The system works on subtle energy forms and provides selfless services so that anybody in the world can get easy access to this novel system. The system selfless service for happiness formation, termed as S.H.F., mainly includes Universal wellbeing exercise and Self wellbeing exercise.” (Abstract has been taken from the patent application as is and has not been corrected.)
Patent Application 2: Innovative concept to prevent conning of customers at the Petrol Stations!
Title: SMART FUEL THEFT PREVENTION DEVICE
Application No. 201721032402
Applicants: Shubham Mohite, Prathamesh Kulkarni, Kunal Patil, Nikhil Mohkhedkar, Shubham Patil, Gaffar Momin
Abstract: “This invention deals with providing convenience to all kinds of four wheeler users by terminating misleading while refueling the vehicle by displaying the exact amount of fuel entering into fuel tank while refueling. More importantly this system is simple in construction and solves the problem of misleading in effective manner. In conventional system exact amount of fuel entering in the fuel tank cannot be calculated and displayed. In conventional system analog meter shows the level of fuel present in the tank, but there is no such system to show exact amount of fuel entering into the tank while refueling. This invention solves this problem efficiently by using combination of incremental encoder and Analog dial already present in the vehicle. The output of incremental encoder is given to Arduino/Microcontroller and with the help of Arduino/Microcontroller and incremental encoder the exact amount of fuel entering in the fuel tank is calculated and displayed on LCD screen of vehicle using Arduino/Microcontroller. The objective of this invention is providing convenience to all kinds of four wheeler users by terminating misleading while refuelling the vehicle by displaying the exact amount of fuel entering into fuel tank while refuelling. This invention also indicates the user exact amount of fuel available in the fuel tank of the vehicle.” (Abstract has been taken from the patent application as is and has not been corrected.)
Patent Application 3: Stop, get ready, go transformed to WAIT WATCH AND GO
Title: WAIT WATCH AND GO
Application No.: 201621032749
Applicants: DEEPAK DATTA SAWANT
Abstract: “The method is to solve the problem of traffic jams by giving proper direction for vehicles to run on the road to cross the junction easily & smoothly. The idea & innovation is for three ways & four ways road summary:- 1. The three ways & four ways road can easily operated in this concept by blocking the road at the center of the road connecting to road junction so the prevent for cross in at the center of the junction which create big problem for traffic jam & misbehavior of signal jump. 2. Every junction has to be curved corner to make the vehicles move easily in left direction of the junction. 3. At every junction the curve corner have no parking zone for the vehicles to move easily through the corner of the road. 4. There is zebra crossing for the pedestrian to move, while crossing the road pedestrian will have one minute time to cross the road. After then the all roads can be freely continued for vehicles to move at junction. 5. The roads are given a lane for the vehicles to with entry of space only for u-turn for the vehicles. The vehicles have no need to go at the junction for u-turn. 6. Every road has four different lanes on road of every direction and outer lanes are for left & right turn from one to other road. 7. Middle two lanes are to go straight on the road while crossing the junction. 8. The concept idea of the innovation is WAIT WATCH AND GO is while crossing the junction at the center all the vehicles at speed of 10 RMP to wait watch both the side of the lane of crossing and then go smoothly without any obstacles. (Abstract has been taken from the patent application as is and has not been corrected.)
