The Delhi High Court has granted Yahoo Inc. a permanent injunction against Apricot Foods Pvt. Ltd (AFPL) for trademark infringement. AFPL and its Director were found to have dishonestly used the Yahoo mark, resulting in substantial damages awarded to Yahoo Inc.
