Delhi High Court finds CCI Competent

The Delhi High Court has upheld the CCI’s authority to investigate anti-competitive conduct in patent royalty cases, ruling that such matters are not restricted to the Patents Act. The judgment clarifies CCI’s role in addressing abuse of dominant position in the Indian legal context.
