- A sub-committee will be established to prepare draft rules for the establishment of an Intellectual Property Division in the High Court of Karnataka.
- The said sub-committee will consist of the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru, and Dr. Arul George Scaria, Associate Professor of Law, NLSU, Bengaluru.
- The sub-committee will be assisted by Mr. Sourav M., Law Clerk
- The sub-committee will present the draft rules before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka and the District Judiciary Rules Committee for approval.
The notification doesn’t mention any deadline or timeline for the sub-committee to submit the draft rules for approval.
