BananaIP (BIP) Counsels presents a unique, first of its kind program to help companies generate business and competitive value driven patents. Designed and delivered by Dr. Kalyan C. Kankanala, a well-known Patent Attorney and thought leader in the field, the primary objective of the program is to help inventors gain valuable insights about inventing from the patent perspective. Unlike traditional and standard workshops and seminars on patent law, the program does not include lectures, talks or presentations. The program uses creative and contemplative learning techniques such as storytelling, creative problem solving, thought experiments and role plays.
