KIIT Law School in collaboration with BananaIP (BIP) Counsels conducted a three day Certificate Course on Law and Business of Entertainment from 15-17 September, 2018. The certificate course gave a bird’s eye view of the basics of the law and business of entertainment. It included specific sessions on entertainment contracts, negotiation skills, entertainment disputes and resolution. A total of 80 aspiring entertainment attorneys participated in the course. The certificate course gave a bird’s eye view of the basics of the law and business of entertainment. It included specific sessions on entertainment contracts, negotiation skills, entertainment disputes and resolution. The course was inaugurated by Dr. Dhiraj Kakadia, Commissioner, Entertainment and Luxury Tax, Government of Gujarat. A total of 34 participants attended the course from all around the country. Mr. Sanjeeth Hegde, Senior Partner, BananaIP Counsels and Ms. Anchita Sharma, IP Attorney, BananaIP Counsels were the resource persons for the certificate course.
