These statistics have been compiled from the official journal of the Indian trademark office published weekly on Mondays.
INDIAN TRADEMARK STATISTICS
Last week, the Indian Trademark Office have had tremendous increase in its work pace. The total number of applications disposed through show cause hearings has increased by fifty four percent (54%). Similarly, the total hearing notices issued has increased by one hundred and eleven percent (111%). However, there has been an decrease of thirty three percent (33%) in the applications published in the trademark journal.
