EBook Price Fixing is Anti-Competitive – Apple’s Appeal Rejected by US Supreme Court

In April, 2012, an anti-trust suit was filed against Apple for conspiring with book publishers to fix prices. The publishers agreed to give Apple a thirty percent margin in return for letting them control prices of eBooks on Apple Store.
