Abbott’s application was rejected as a result of the pre grant oppositions filed by Initiative for Medicines, Access & Knowledge’ (I-MAK), Cipla (Mumbai), Matrix Laboratories (Secunderabad) and Okasa Pharmaceuticals (Mumbai).
