Decrease of 41 percent in total trademark applications examined. A total of 8774 trademark registrations have been granted. These statistics have been compiled from the official journal of the trademark office published weekly on Mondays.<\/p>\n

INDIAN TRADEMARK STATISTICS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Trademark Registry had a slow week in terms of working capacity as can be seen from the data below. There has been a decrease of 41 percent in the total trademark applications examined by Trademark Office and a decrease of 58 percent in the total number of hearing notices issued. However, there has been an increase of 15 percent in the total number of applications published in the Trademark Journal.<\/p>\n
