This week\u2019s Patent & Design data has been compiled from the Official Journal of Patents and Designs published by the patent office on the 14th of May 2021. These statistics are presented to you by the Patent attorneys and experts of BananaIP Counsels, India\u2019s leading Intellectual Property Firm.<\/span><\/p>\n

INDIAN PATENT STATISTICS<\/h2>\n

A total of 504 patent applications have been published in the 20th<\/sup> issue of the Patent Journal, 2021. Out of the 504 applications published in the journal, 107 applications account for early publications while 397 applications account for ordinary publications or publications occurring after the 18 \u2013 month period. A total of 354 applications have been granted this week as compared to 537 grants in the last week thereby marking a decrease of about 34.08%<\/span><\/p>\n
