This week\u2019s Patent & Design data has been compiled from the Official Journal of the Patents and Designs Office published by the patent office on the 7th<\/sup> of February 2020.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

INDIAN PATENT STATISTICS<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

A total of 791 patent applications have been published in the 7th<\/sup> issue of the Patent Journal, 2020. Out of the 791 applications published in the journal, 163 applications account for early publications while 628 applications account for ordinary publications or publications occurring after the 18 \u2013 month period. A total of 781 applications have been granted last week as compared to 589 grants in the week preceding the last thereby marking an increase of about 32.59%<\/span><\/p>\n
