INDIAN TRADEMARK STATISTICS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Last week, the Indian Trademark Office had a mixed week in its working capacity as can be seen from the statistics in the table below. The total number of hearing notices issued has increased by one hundred and four percent (104%). Similarly, the total number of trademark applications examined have increased by nine percent (9%), with a decrease of forty four percent (44%) in the total applications published in the trademark journal.<\/p>\n
