INDIAN TRADEMARK STATISTICS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Last week, the Indian Trademark Office had an overall increase in its working capacity as can be seen from the statistics in the table below. The total number of applications disposed through show cause hearings has increased by forty percent (40%). Similarly, the total trademark applications examined by trademark office have increased by twenty three percent (23%), with a decrease of thirty four percent (34%) in the total renewal notices issued.<\/p>\n
