Indian Patent Statistics<\/span><\/h2>\n

A total of 760 patent applications have been published in the 48th<\/sup>\u00a0issue of the patent journal. Out of the 760 applications, 106 applications account for early publications while 654 applications account for ordinary publications or publications occurring after the 18-month period. A total of 427 applications have been granted this week thereby marking a decrease of about 209.42% in total grants as compared to the preceding week.<\/p>\n
