Users can take advantage of this facility and simply arrange for a video conference instead of having to physically be present. This advanced move by the IPO is expected to result in faster decisions being made by bringing into line, its users and the quasi judicial body. The objective of this system is threefold; firstly, it hastens the judicial process. Secondly, it cuts the time required for passing judgments thereby ensuring undisrupted communication between the two parties. Thirdly, it improves the efficiency and transparency of the Intellectual Property Office. Anyone who wants to use this facility can simply follow the procedure mentioned in the link which will be provided by the IPO to initiate the video conferencing. The virtual meeting will be held at a pre-determined time, users can make use of their laptops or desktops with webcams to attend the conference.

Patent /Design Infringements, Disputes, Licensing and Settlements

Nokia and Samsung join hands yet another time by extending their patent licensing agreement
On 25th October, 2018 Nokia Technologies announced their third quarterly report in which the Finnish company is believed to have made $6.27 billion in net sales.
