Indian Patent Statistics<\/span><\/h2>\n

There has been a massive drop in the total number of applications published last week. A total of mere 403 patent applications have been published in the 41st<\/sup>\u00a0issue of the patent journal. Out of the 403 applications, 42 applications account for early publications while 361 applications account for ordinary publications or publications occurring after the 18 month period. A total of 186 applications have been granted this week thereby marking a decrease of about 42.24% in total grants as compared to the preceding week.<\/p>\n
