It is made up by using special local products of Xinjiang, such as Biye, raisin, carrot and rice as main raw materials, adding rape oil, white granulated sugar, refined salt, zanthoxylum bungeanum, monosodium glutamate and mineralized water as auxiliary raw materials through such processes of selecting raw materials, cleaning, sterilizing, shredding, stir-frying, flavouring, cooking, uniformly-mixing, boxing, sterilizing and cooling.
