These communications raised the need for a discussion on the requirement for the \u201cstatement regarding the working of the patented invention on a commercial scale in India,\u201d as stipulated through the filing of Form-27.<\/p>\n<h4>Meeting Details<\/h4>\n<p>In response to these communications, a public meeting has been scheduled to facilitate a comprehensive discussion on this matter. The meeting will be held virtually, allowing stakeholders from various locations to participate.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Date: 29th July, 2024<\/li>\n<li>Time: 04:30 PM IST<\/li>\n<li>Platform: Virtual Connectivity (Openhouse Link)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Purpose of the Meeting<\/h4>\n<p>The primary goal of this meeting is to engage in a brainstorming session with all interested stakeholders. This will be an open forum to discuss, share feedback, and address any concerns related to the filing requirements of Form-27 under the new Patents Amendment Rules, 2024.<\/p>\n<h4>How to Participate<\/h4>\n<p>Stakeholders interested in joining the discussion can use the open house link provided for the virtual meeting.
